What personal data we collect and why we collect it

We collect information from you/your company when you register to attend SSSIF forum, when you fill out a web-based form (sponsorship, exhibitors and participants) or when you make a payment. By registering on web-based forms, you will be asked to enter some personal information like email adress, firm, job position and country. The sole purpose of this information is to elaborate a register list for admission and exhibition/sponsorship/participation as speaker. Some other additional information may be required when making registration payments, joining an sponsorship program or becoming an exhibitor in order to complete the transaction. Such registration fields are compulsory, otherwise the above mentioned purposes would be impossible to achieve. Any wrong or incomplete data provided, will make not possible registration or any other services that should have been requested.

We do not collect or mantain your information after forum’s closure.

We use your information to elaborate attendees/sponsor/exhibitor/participants registration list and to send you relevant information about the event. In case that information collected should it be used in any other way not according to this privacy policy, we will inform you prior to or at the time it is collected so as to get your consent to such new use/collection.

SSSIF commits to comply with its obligation of secrecy regarding the personal data and with its duty to store the data confidentially and will take the necessary technical, organizational and of security measures to avoid his alteration, loss or not authorized use in accordance to the provisions in Organic Act 15/1999, December 13, of Personal Data Protection or any other applicable legislation
